Spring has sprung, and that means it’s time to head outdoors. Starting this week, we’re heading outside with you to bring you a seriously sweaty, seriously fun new workout: Ro’bootcamp. We’re taking our rhythm-based rides (built around our favorite tracks and their BPM) and translating them into a killer bootcamp that brings together strength, functional and power training with our signature cardio but in a workout off the bike.

And we can’t wait.

From this week onwards, some of your most beloved instructors will be leading you in these 45-minute outdoor classes in Amsterdam Oosterpark, Amsterdam Vondelpark and Rotterdam Sint-Jacobs Park . They’ll be bringing you that same Ro’vibe you know and love, so don’t expect your typical bootcamp. Our instructors will be motivating, pushing and inspiring you to do and feel your best.

As always, it’s no strings attached. Grab one drop-in Ro’bootcamp credit or load up with 10. It’s totally up to you! But no matter how many you do, you’ll feel the love, vibes and endorphins rushing over you.

Our Ro’bootcamp classes are taking place at a workout proof location nearby:

  • The Amsterdam City classes take place in the Vondelpark.. Enter the Vondelpark through the entrance at PC Hooftstraat 183. Follow the path for
    about 50m and turn left onto the grass field. Your Ro’bootcamp instructor will be
    awaiting you. 

  • The Amsterdam Oost classes take place in the Oosterpark. Your instructor will be waiting on the field to the right between the music dome and the paddling pool behind the Tropen Museum, next to NH Tropen.

  • The Rotterdam City bootcamps take place in the Sint-Jacobs Park. Sint-Jacobs Park is in the conjunction of the Binnenrotte and Meent. Once you are on the Binnenrotte, go straight and you will see the green area and training location immediately.

So, get ready to get sweaty. Let’s take this outside!
