Alycia-May

Born and bred in Almere, Alycia-May has been into sports ever since she can remember. Alycia-May, who grew up dancing, parlayed her love of movement into a career, becoming a sport leader and coordinator, a mixed martial arts teacher and, eventually, a Rocycle instructor! Although she intended to study at the Dutch Police Academy, her passion for fitness won her over, and she is studying International Sports Management and Business at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences while also killing it at the studio. Talk about multi-talented! When you step into the studio and Alycia-May is on the bike, you can expect things to be totally over the top – in a good way, of course! She’ll help push each and every one of her riders to get the best out of themselves and hype them up with her mix of Spanish and 90s and 2000s music, as well as some hip-hop and R&B. Alycia-May’s classes are a party from the beginning until the end. She believes that nothing can stop you, from the first minute you sit on that bike until the last moment when you walk out of that studio.
